Westgate Kemps Creek

Icon Oceania’s Westgate is a 10-hectare industrial estate, 5km northeast of the future Western Sydney International Airport, proposing 51,200sqm of warehouse space, boosting local jobs and advancing logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce. As part of the vision for the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, the proposal will support the government’s commitment to realising a 30-minute city by providing more employment opportunities to local residents in Kemps Creek and neighbouring suburbs.
