Section 7.11 Program

The Blacktown City Council 7.11 Program, led by Program Manager Ben Condren, is a comprehensive initiative encompassing over 200 projects funded by a combination of the State Infrastructure Contribution Plan, Accelerated Infrastructure Funding, and 7.11 Developer contributions. The program includes an array of projects aimed at stormwater management and quality, including significant bioretention basins, open space embellishment, social infrastructure, play areas, roads, and civil infrastructure.
