Sydney Light Rail

Delivery of a new 12km light rail project through the centre of Sydney integrated and operated with the existing light rail network. The project supported the city’s growing economy and population, forming part of an integrated public transport solution to ease congestion and improve transport services. ProCom Group personnel played a pivotal role in providing Senior Project Management and Commercial Management services for the delivery of the complex Sydney Light Rail. Notably, this project involved integrating with the existing Inner West Light Rail and navigating the challenges presented by a surface-level light rail operation within road spaces. Effective public communication and cooperation were essential to manage sensitive issues with multiple stakeholders.
