Steve has over 20 years’ experience as a commercial professional specialising in procurement, contract management and claim and dispute resolution, based on consultancy, contractor, owner and operator experience across Australia and the United Kingdom.

Steve has worked in multiple sectors including transport infrastructure, heavy civils, oil and gas, and power; to deliver large, complex, multi-disciplined projects under various contractual arrangements, including PPP/PFI and head contracts, at all stages of the project lifecycle from procurement strategy to dispute resolution and ongoing operations.

With a particular emphasis on claim management and dispute avoidance and resolution, Steve is a member of RICS and CIArb and has a degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution.

Ben has 17 years’ experience managing projects in the rail and civil infrastructure industry. His passion and experience make it easy for him to inspire, manage and lead teams on a multi project program of works. He will lift multi-disciplinary teams to overcome issues, mitigate risk, plan, develop, design, procure and deliver infrastructure projects. He has successfully led teams in both the client and Tier 1 management roles. Ben has excellent experience in procurement and project management.

Ben has excellent experience in the transport infrastructure environment. He understands linear infrastructure, systems, standards and safety culture required to deliver successful road and rail assets. Having worked across both the northern and southern hemisphere on major transport contracts he brings a depth of maturity and lessons learned in rail constructability and complex construction contract procurement. 

Ben has a mature emotional intelligence which enables him to understand what, why and how to negotiate the best out of a situation. His strong communication skills provide him with the toolkit to transact successful and strategic outcomes with key stakeholders who often have diverging needs.

Matt is an accomplished Senior Project and Development Manager with a distinguished track record of cultivating strong relationships and consistently achieving remarkable results. With an impressive 25-year tenure in the construction industry, Matt’s expertise encompasses the entire project lifecycle from guiding feasibility and business case development to securing planning consent approval and overseeing procurement, delivery, and project commencement, he possesses the strategic vision and leadership necessary for seamless project execution.

Matt's extensive experience across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, rail, road, retail, commercial, and residential, showcases his adaptability and proficiency in navigating complex and multifaceted projects.

Matt has an exceptional ability to unify project teams and its stakeholders, allowing the projects deliverables to remain achievable. Through this collaboration key issues and risks are identified and resolved efficiently.

Graham Cunningham

Graham is a highly experienced Project Manager, Development Manager and Planning Manager and has experience across the property development, mining, power generation, oil & gas and aviation industries.

He has a respected knowledge and hands on experience in the development of new build hotels and refurbishment of existing hotels, both as a project manager and as a construction manager/builder. He is also experienced in the overseas procurement, shipment and logistics management/importation of hotel fixtures, furnishings and equipment. His experience also extends to new build mixed use residential developments, large shopping malls and gaming facilities. His experience has been gained in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Dubai.

Sean Iselin

Sean has 10 years’ experience as an engineering professional working on projects across Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT in Australia, as well as central London in the UK.These projects span multiple sectors including transport infrastructure, heavy civils, gas, water, education and commercial and residential high rise. Sean gained experience working for contractors in Australia and the UK before switching to client-side project management, where he has delivered projects for both government and private sector clients.

Sean recently completed a full-time MBA overseas at the prestigious IESE Business School in Barcelona.

Chloe has over 11 years’ experience as a contract and commercial professional specialising in contract administration, claims assessment, and systems development. Her expertise has been honed through consultancy and contractor roles across Australia.

Chloe's professional experience spans various sectors, encompassing roles in local government, urban renewal development, and transport infrastructure.

Passionate about excelling in contract administration, Chloe possesses a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Graduate Certificate in Practical Legal Training. Her expertise in contract administration adds a valuable dimension to her legal qualifications.

Gloria Xia has over three years of experience as a commercial professional in contract administration, with a focus on the contractor side in both commercial and residential sectors across diverse project environments. Her role has encompassed various facets of contract administration, including procurement, negotiation, and project coordination, demonstrating her ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects under various contractual arrangements.

Emphasizing contract management and negotiation, Gloria is an active member of PMI and holds a Master's degree in Construction Practice, equipping her with both practical and theoretical knowledge essential for effective project lifecycle management, from strategy development to dispute resolution.


Jenny Go

Jenny Go

Jenny graduated from the University of Canberra with a bachelor’s degree in building and construction management, majoring in Quantity Surveying and Construction Administration. Since her graduation, she has accumulated two years of hands-on experience as a Contracts Administrator, effectively managing procurement and contracts on both the client and builder sides within residential and commercial sectors. Her expertise extends to various contractual agreements, including Design and Construct, head contracts and PCMA.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jenny is an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction, emphasising her commitment to industry gender diversity and ongoing professional development post-university. Her recent participation in the mentorship programs serves as a noteworthy example of her dedication to continuous improvement.

Therese has over 20-year tenure in Financial Accounts and Bookkeeping. As a Registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board as well as a resolute member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, Therese navigates the ever-evolving financial landscape, ensuring regulatory compliance through continuous Professional Development and Accreditations.

Therese has lent her financial acumen to specialised sectors such as RTW Rehabilitation, Civil, Construction, Electrical and Communications, Mechanical Maintenance, and Pipeline Rehabilitation. Her commitment to staying abreast of new laws, regulations, and technologies exemplifies her dedication to the dynamic nature of the financial realm. In line with her professional achievements, Therese actively engages in industry networks, highlighting her commitment to ongoing development.


Kate Succar

Kate is an experienced Office and Business Administrator with extensive small business management experience encorportating multiple roles from administration, finance to design. Kate graduated from the University of New South Wales with a bachelor’s degree in design.
